Stop Hunger Now provides crisis relief meals to those affected by Hurricane Sandy in Haiti

RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — Stop Hunger Now has shipped 285,000 meals to Haiti to provide food to families affected by the destruction of Hurricane Sandy.

John Winings, Executive Director of Haiti Fund reports, “Nearly all of the banana and plantain plants in the mountainous areas were destroyed, this will affect the farmers that rely on these crops to provide for their families.
